Al Warqaa 1, also spelt as Al Warqa’a 1 is a residential community set on the eastern side of the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Awir Road (E44). It is a sub-district of Al Warqaa – a rapidly growing area of Dubai situated amongst the renowned industrial and residential areas of the emirate.
